B8b Terms & Conditions — plain language, no fine print

📋1. Introduction & Applicability

B8b (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "b8b") is an online betting and gaming service operated for members in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the b8b.run website and all services provided under it.

By registering on b8b or using the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. We strongly recommend reading the full terms and conditions before opening an account for the first time. If anything is unclear, please contact our Help Center feel free to get in touch.

👤2. Account Registration

To open a valid account on b8b, you must provide the following: your real name, an active mobile number, and a strong password. All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

• Each individual may only open One Account only one account. If two accounts are found belonging to the same person, both will be closed.
• Keep your account password private. Sharing access with or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• To change the mobile number provided at registration, please contact the Help Center.
• B8b may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time.

🔞3. Age & Eligibility

B8b's services are available only to 18 years of age or older individuals only. Any account found to be registered by a minor will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Professional athletes, referees, umpires, or any individual who may influence the outcome of an event are not permitted to place bets on that event.

• B8b employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on this platform.
• Accounts cannot be created using an IP address or VPN from a restricted region.

💳4. Deposits & Withdrawals

B8b supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

• Deposit: Funds are usually credited within 5 minutes. If there's a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.
• Withdrawal: Processing usually takes 5–15 minutes. Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• The payment method used for your deposit must match the one used for your withdrawal — if you deposit via Mobile Pay, you must also withdraw via Mobile Pay.
• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of a withdrawal request. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• B8b reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions as part of its anti-money laundering measures.

🎁5. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers on b8b have their own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. The general rules are outlined below:

• Only one bonus can be active on an account at a time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — once the deadline passes, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts, or abusing bonuses from the same device or IP address, may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• B8b reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, though bonuses already in progress will remain active.

Once a bet is submitted on b8b, it is final — it will not be cancelled due to internet issues or device failure. Always double-check all details before placing a bet.

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (may vary by match).
• Maximum Bet: Determined by event and bet type — check your betslip for details.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement will follow b8b's own rules.
• B8b reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcome, the payout for that bet will be voided.
• If a match in an express bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining odds will be recalculated.

🚫7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b8b and may result in permanent account closure:

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or with the assistance of third parties.
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party.
• Collecting or using the personal information of other members.
• Opening multiple accounts using false information.
• Any form of fraudulent activity.

⚠️8. Account Suspension & Closure

B8b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If discrepancies are found during identity verification.
• For suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• If you have a security concern.

Whether any withdrawable balance is returned after an account is closed will depend on the outcome of the investigation. Bonus balances will not be refunded.

B8b believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. That's why we encourage our members to play responsibly and offer the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at your convenience.
• Bet Limits: An option to cap the maximum bet amount within a given period.

⚖️10. Dispute Resolution

• B8b's decision will be considered final following an investigation.
• The relevant balance may be placed on hold during the investigation.

B8b may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Members who do not accept the updated terms may close their account and withdraw any available balance.
